ADDCRM is structured around the handoffs a service business already makes. Each module can be introduced without rebuilding the customer and organization foundation.

  1. 1

    Capture the lead

Keep the contact, source, notes, and next action together.

  2. 2

    Qualify and estimate

Collect project details and turn them into a reviewed scope.

  3. 3

    Schedule and complete

Assign work, share details, and track progress through completion.

  4. 4

    Follow up and measure

Keep promises, outcomes, and source data connected to the record.

One workspace, built for every role.

The interface can stay focused on the work each person is responsible for.

See the whole operation without opening every record.

Review the pipeline, team workload, estimates, projects, and next actions from one operating view.

  • Organization-level visibility
  • Roles and access control
  • Connected sales and project records

Access and rollout.

The CRM owner workspace is live. Public organization registration, billing, and native apps will be opened only after their platform layers are ready.

Sign in to ADDCRM
Can I sign in now?

Yes. The owner workspace and secure password sign-in are available now. Additional users can be invited from the CRM.

Can I create a new organization now?

Public organization registration is intentionally closed while the multi-tenant account, permissions, and billing layer is being built. Access is currently controlled by the ADDCRM administrator.

Can team members have different access?

The CRM foundation includes roles and permissions. ADDCRM will add contractor-specific roles and record-level access as the team portal is introduced.

Can ADDCRM connect to n8n and phone systems?

The n8n automation service is already deployed. Twilio, Vapi, call transcription, and AI review will be introduced as separate integrations.

Will there be iPhone and Android apps?

The web interface is designed for mobile use. Native iPhone and Android apps are planned, but they are not published yet.
